Job Description

Responsibilities:

Fully understand and support the business objectives as a whole
Plan and project manage across the full application development life cycle, including stakeholder engagement
Design and create highly scalable, testable and effective code
Develop quality software and web applications
Create secure solutions to support new and growing internal business functions
Mentor, train and develop junior developers to become professionals in a short period of time
May take leadership role in team of software developers

Requirements

Must:

A solid, experienced software developer, degree qualified in CS or STEM subject,with at least five years software development experience
Minimum 4 years professional Python development experience
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
At least four skills out of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, CSS3 + SASS, Pandas,NumPy, MySQL, Django, PostgreSQL and GCP cloud
Comfortable with Git, Linux and standard development organisation tools, strong experience with collaborative working in an Agile environment
Good interpersonal and effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Eligible to work permanently in the UK
