Your Role

As our Data Analyst, you’ll be my analytics artisan tasked with orchestrating insights that drive decisions. Whether it's consulting with clients or crafting new product and service offerings, You'll be part of a growing team that is focused on co-learning, creativity, and making an impact.

Responsibilities

Core (you'll be directly responsible)

Strategic Data Analysis

  • Benchmark business services and products against industry leaders
  • Transform raw data into compelling insights that steer strategic direction
  • Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with stakeholders to research and document business, technical, and analytical requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc data and statistical analysis, data entry, and data cleaning

User Interface & Experience (UI/UX)

  • Analyze user behavior to improve in-app customer experience
  • Craft intuitive reports and visualizations

Marketing & Storytelling

  • Fine-tune our marketing campaigns with data-driven A/B testing
  • Share our story and expertise through insightful articles, case studies, and blog posts

Additional (you'll provide support)

Strategic Business Analysis

  • Dive deep into services, platforms, and tools to deliver transformative recommendations based on your findings

Strategic Data Analysis

  • Weave compelling narratives from diverse datasets
  • Apply data mining and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations

Software Development

  • Document and refine internal development processes

Cyber Security

  • Analyze security events to aid in threat detection and risk assessment

Requirements

Must haves

  • Able to work at least 15 hours/week
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • At least 2 years relevant professional experience
  • Computing device capable of running the above technologies

Nice to haves

Education

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)

2-4 years experience in any of the following
